The apartments (studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments) are furnished according to the personal taste of each individual owner. They are also available with a washing machine and/or air conditioning (to be requested at the time of booking).
Services: tourist assistance and information, brochures and information material about Sardinia, excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. In town: piano bars, nightclubs, amusement arcades, a diving center, a wellness center with a pool, a pharmacy, emergency medical services, and a variety of shops. Check-in: We accept all forms of payment, including SATISPAY.
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. The balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer a few days before the departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (as with the deposit). The day after arrival, please go to the office to pay the security deposit, the tourist tax, and any other amounts due.
Early check-in: if possible, this must be arranged with the front desk.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out: Evening check-out may be arranged with the reception desk only if the apartment is not being reoccupied that same day. This allows you to stay in the apartment until, but no later than, 8:00 PM by paying a supplement on-site equal to the daily rate minus a 40% discount. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee or in cash. For check-outs before 9:00 a.m., the security deposit—if paid in cash—will be refunded via bank transfer.
This resort has a MANDATORY recycling program; details will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning: The kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. All rubbish must be removed from the property before checkout, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Pets: A mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not accepted.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid strictly in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank cheque. We also accept payment via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week; maintenance technician: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be provided via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, you are required to pay the tourist tax in cash, in accordance with legal requirements.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, appliance servicing must be handled through official customer support channels and is subject to their respective response times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
