Le Residenze degli Dei are holiday homes located near the charming marina with its beautiful square, bars, restaurants, and a wellness center with a swimming pool—a fashionable hotspot for the most discerning tourists.
The apartments (studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments) are furnished according to the personal taste of each individual owner. They are also available with a washing machine and/or air conditioning (to be requested at the time of booking).
Services: tourist assistance and information, brochures and information material about Sardinia, excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. In town: piano bars, nightclubs, amusement arcades, a diving center, a wellness center with a pool, a pharmacy, emergency medical services, and a variety of shops. Shuttle service to and from Capo Testa beaches (for an extra charge). Bus service to La Marmorata beach and Baia Santa Reparata.

Arrival: We accept all payment methods, including SATISPAY.
Check-In from 17:00 to 19:30.
Late check-in (after 19:30) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservations office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is settled and you have sent your identification documents for mandatory guest registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions on how to collect your keys via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding balances.
Early check-in: subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 10:00.
Late check-out: late afternoon/evening departure can be arranged with the reception office, subject to the apartment not being reoccupied on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 20:00 at the latest, for an additional local fee equal to the daily rate discounted by 40%. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
This resort follows a MANDATORY waste sorting and recycling program, details of which will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning: The kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. All rubbish must be removed from the property before checkout, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will apply.
Pets: A mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not accepted.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid strictly in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank cheque. We also accept payment via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week; maintenance technician: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 is required, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be provided via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, you are required to pay the tourist tax in cash, in accordance with legal requirements.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, appliance servicing must be handled through official customer support channels and is subject to their respective response times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
