Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, they combine the peace of pristine nature with the allure of North Sardinia's spectacular beaches. It is the perfect choice for a rejuvenating holiday, as well as for adventure lovers. The marine life-rich waters are ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts, while the wild trails winding along the cliffs offer breathtaking views for hikers.
Rena Majore is a beautiful seaside village just 7 km from Santa Teresa Gallura, located along a scenic coastal road and bordered by a lush pine forest stretching all the way to its namesake beach—a long stretch of fine white sand framed by spectacular dunes, easily accessible via a driveable underpass. This corner of paradise is so picturesque that it was chosen by Disney as a filming location for the movie The Little Mermaid (2023), where the coast's most iconic features are clearly recognizable.
Apartments: scattered throughout the residential area, they are furnished in a simple yet functional style according to each owner's taste, ensuring all the comfort you need for a wonderful holiday. All are equipped with a TV. Apartments with a washing machine and/or air conditioning and/or sea views are also available (upon request at the time of booking).
Amenities: in the main commercial square, the village's central gathering point, you will find: a mini-market, bars, a tobacconist, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, beach gear shops, souvenirs, and a children's playground. On the beach: sun lounger and umbrella rentals, pedal boats, canoes, the "Paradise Beach" kiosk bar, and the "Masnada" lounge bar—a popular gathering spot for younger crowds looking for fun. Open from breakfast through to lunch, offering an excellent selection of sandwiches and light meals, they come alive with unmissable sunset aperitifs and weekend happy hours filled with music and socializing.

Reception office hours: 9:00 – 12:30 and 16:00 – 20:00 daily, including Sundays.
Arrival: All payment methods are accepted, including SATISPAY.
Check-In from 17:00 to 19:30.
Late check-in (after 19:30) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance has been paid and you have submitted your ID documents for mandatory police registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions for key collection via WhatsApp. The morning after your arrival, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding amounts.
Early check-in: subject to availability and upon request
Departure: check-out is strictly by 10:00.
Late check-out: evening departure can be arranged with the reception desk, subject to availability (only if the apartment is not occupied by other arriving guests on the same day). This allows you to keep the apartment until 20:00 at the latest, for an extra charge equal to the daily rate discounted by 40%. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security deposit: € 200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, cash deposits will be refunded via bank transfer.

Final cleaning requirements: the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom must be left clean by the guest, otherwise a €50.00 fee will apply. Guests are required to dispose of all waste before departure, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will be charged.
Pets: a mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash (mandatory). (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by cheque. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site support: 7 days a week, maintenance technician: 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be authorized on a credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For safety reasons, appliance repairs must be carried out through official technical assistance channels, and are subject to their respective response times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
